Sadly I badly injured my back at work a few months ago, so I've been unable to do any work on the bike since the injury. My back is getting much better now so hopefully I'll be able to restart working on this project again real soon.........

Yeah friends have had import cars and you definitely need to have a lot of love for them to deal with the cost/rarity of parts!

My last car was an M3 and there was horrendous M tax on parts for that!

He's had a go around the garden and was going faster and faster and faster, called a halt while I fit throttle restrictor and take him to my mates garden where there's more opportunity to tear up someone else's lawn. He was well chuffed, got to start them early!

A little sad i know but i just have verry little time nowadays with having a 10 week old baby and i want to put all of my effort in to the dt and make it a real one off 🙂

I've got a very rusty old pile of scrap for a rebuild project this winter which might interest you lot 😉

Yeah I've made a mistake haha, I have 59t rear and 16t front, it's very low geared so ordered a 17t front sprocket for a test since it was only £4 and I shouldn't have to cut the chain, will see how it goes but the bike pulls very strong up to 140kmh right now and wheelies on throttle sitting forward in 1st so hopefully it should have the grunt to pull enough in 6th with new sprocket.

@terry-tz I thonk the best option is to force my self to sit back then the roam will wear to me and I won’t end up on the tank

Finally got an airbox assembly and it’s running okay it did seem to pull better haven’t tried it properly I’ll keep you posted
