Easy job. Put it in a vice with a small wood block to take the pressure off of the ‘fingers’ (also used to support the end of file to keep it square) and breezed it. Didn’t even need the wig🤪
Finish off with a flat needle file & wet n dry...
Just needed the confidence that people have done it before and it’s doable...

I should clarify, 4T oil in the transmission fluid.

Gear oil in the Aprilia though 😃

As far as I am aware only one drive pulley, all mine early models.

They are different, new one is larger I think, have a brand new one on the shelf and will not fit older bikes

I tried to unplug the killswitch, but nothing happened. The side stand switch is unplugged. Where is the fuse? Is it with the battery, cause i dont have a fuse there.

Ok. But usually non restricted 125cc bikes the exhaust just moves the powerband. makes sense.
