In terms of stiffness I can't say I felt much difference, it feels slightly higher with the R damper.

Starts to wobble at 70mph and greater when when I suddenly let off the throttle with the clutch engaged? As long as throttle is on, there is no wobble at all past 70mph, although the faster I go before I let off the more violent it gets.

All bearings are fine as are swinging arm bearings, bushes etc. Tyres are
    bridgestone nobblies standard size.

@nottsbiker that's exactly what I'm struggling with - I've tried an old wooden curtain pole trimmed down but I can't shift it - absolute pain in the balls

@vtrn_raptor See this thread and speak to @tdrgreg2

He used a set of Aprilia MX 125 USD's which were almost a direct bolt on, just one spacer required.

He gave me these dimensions :

Bottom of the stem is 30mm
Top bearing inside diameter is 28mm.
Top to bottom length is 250mm.

Anyone measure or have measurements for the DT?

I considered the hyperpro progressive springs for mine, but they were listed for the R not the X that I've got. Glad I didn't buy them because mine already had progressive springs in!
I went with 15w oil and it's much better now

Might as well get some USD forks if you are going to be getting a new set to fit the bike, as most forks will need modifications done for correct fitting.
