No its a 3MB cylinder only modified lifted port timing and two huge sub ports for the exhaust (bigger then the SP)

Problem now lies in the stock exhaust, this will need a update.
Still want to beet the 30HP. But it turns out to be much tougher then I thought

Yeah mate. Start with what's recommended and work from there.
Remember fuel quality, air temperature and the quality of the components will play it's own part in jetting. Highly strung two strokes are more effected by these changes than less tuned bikes.
When I had the oil pump rebuilt part of the service was to adjust the oil delivery if required , never bothered as bike standard albeit with a forged piston.
Yeah a blind bearing set would be cool, but a decent one is big bucks - and it's not an everyday job for me! Cheap tools are great if they work but will probably get someone to do it rather than take the risk.
I even tried a rawl anchor on a diy sliding hammer and this just broke one of the collet parts off the bolt rather than move the bearing - this thing is stuck solid!
Bloody thing is driving me potty!!!
Got most of a sectional garage stacked up in my garden and a loft / shed full of Ducati and Yamaha parts which barely leaves any room to move in. I've also have an 8x4m hole dug in my garden for ages filled with hardcore and aggregate waiting for some expensive concrete to be poured on top. Apparently I'll need 5 cubic metres of concrete which equates to over 100 wheelbarrow's worth + my garden is about 60m from the front, up a slope to the 'garage' - this will definitely require favours to be called in!
i got my trailtech vapour from http://www.trailtechproducts.co.uk/
If you tell him what bike you have he'll sort you a kit even if its not listed. I went and collected mine in person and got it VAT free
